Many of the recruiters who have taken the Performance-based Hiring training need some additional advice on how to best implement the program. As a result we’ve decided to provide some additional support programs to improve your results. One of these programs will be an implementation workshop addressing some of the challenges recruiters face when starting to use Performance-based Hiring.

We’ll be offering these programs quarterly, with the first one scheduled for October 21, 2015. Sign-up now. These programs are scheduled for 75 minutes, but we’ll run over if necessary to answer all of your questions and concerns.

  1. How to get hiring managers to create performance-based job descriptions
  2. Organizing the interview sessions and preparing the Quality of Hire Talent Scorecard
  3. How to debrief hiring managers and defending your candidates when they’ve been incorrectly assessed
  4. Preparing the Candidate Persona. This is the first step in creating a sourcing plan
