Christina Ajam – Director of Marketing/Consultant
Christina Ajam is the Director of Marketing and Visual Communications for the Adler Group. Christina has over eighteen years experience in marketing including ten years in the highly competitive staffing services industry. As marketing, web and design consultant for the Adler Group and president at the design agency BizzwithBuzz, Inc., she manages strategic partnerships, design, and direct marketing execution throughout the creative process.
Christina runs a successful graphic design agency where she creates and manages design projects in every aspect of marketing, design and new media. She originally built her career developing the brand of Hall Kinion (since acquired by KForce), a leading publicly held staffing firm specializing in placing technology talent. She led marketing efforts supporting sales revenue from $2.5 million to over $296 million. As Director of Marketing she managed multiple advertising agencies, campaigns and initiatives driving sales in contract placement, direct hire and international recruiting. Ms. Ajam also worked along side the NACCB, ITAA and Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Proctor & Gamble, and Cisco developing Direct Employers.com the Internet’s first cooperative, non-profit employer-owned search engine for employment.
Prior to her work in the staffing industry, Ms. Ajam was the Marketing and Communications Manager with the Business and Industry Institute of the FDACCD.
Ms. Ajam holds a degree from the School of Journalism and Mass Communications, with a concentration in Advertising from San Jose State University.
